Two week intensives 

Reinforcing and exercising the brain in an intensive programme makes it easier for the new neural-nets to become established and dominant. It also allows you to take a break from the habits of your normal everyday environment, making change easier to achieve.

The programme involves two sessions each day on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday over a period of two weeks (12 sessions in total).

Our two week non-residential intensive programmes are the most popular choice with our clients, as they give dramatic results in a short space of time. Spaces are therefore limited, so please contact us for availability.
