We will be able to recommend to a suitable therapist, or alternatively, there are a number of low price, high quality portable biofeedback devices on the market.

HRV BIOFEEDBACK
Heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback works with the variation between heart beats. Bringing the heart variability and breath rythms into alignment helps calm the emotional system. For HRV (Heart Rate Variability) biofeedback, we recommend Emwave2.
GSR BIOFEEDBACK
Your skin conductance is linked to your state of relaxation or stress. Through learning to control your skin conductance, you learn to control your stress levels (what is biofeedback). For Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) biofeedback, we recommend the PIP.
SKIN TEMPERATURE BIOFEEDBACK
The skin’s surface temperature changes according to blood circulation. During exertion or stress, the blood flow is restricted and the temperature falls; in a relaxed state, the skin temperature rises.
This makes temperature biofeedback useful for stress management, though its most common use is to interrupt the onset of migraine headaches. For skin temperature biofeedback, we recommend the Mindfield eSense
